How do I pay for my goods?
You can pay, cash on delivery, cheque, debit card or credit card (you would incur a 3% charge with a credit card payment).
Do I need to be there to receive my order?
No, simply tell us where you would like your materials to be unloaded and leave the rest to us. We would always ask for a contact number in the unlikely event of an issue with the specified location.
Do you offer a 'next day delivery' service?
We can offer this service if the order is placed before 12 noon. (to most areas) We do not deliver on a Saturday.
How long does most deliveries take?
Your order will be with you within seven days of placing your order, normally 2 to 3 days.(to most areas).
Do you have a Hiab for dropping goods over a wall?
We have a Mounty forklift.
Do you offer a service for erecting a fence?
Yes, we offer a 'free estimate' service also.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, for goods being supplied only, there is no charge if it is a 'supply and erect'.
Am I able to collect goods from your yard?
Yes, just place your order by phone and state when you will collect from our yard.
How far in advance would you recommend I place my order?
As far in advance as possible would be recommended, to allow us convenient delivery for you.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
You will receive a receipt when your material is dropped off. You will then receive an invoice in the post.
What if I have difficult access to my property?
Please let us know when you make your initial enquiry and we will advise on the best solution.
Can I place an order for delivery on a certain day at a certain time?
Yes, but there may be an extra charge for this service.
Can I order different materials from your different sites to be delivered at the one time?
In most cases yes, we would advise you if this is not possible and for what reasons.
